If you hold a paid subscription, or have purchased a one-time plan or credit pack, you may use your Generated Content for commercial purposes, including advertising, client work, social media, marketing materials, and products you sell. The commercial license applies to all Generated Content in your account, including content created before your purchase, and it continues to apply to that content after your subscription ends or your credits are used.
The free plan is for personal use. Generated Content created on the free plan may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only until you purchase a paid plan or credits.
The commercial license does not extend to anything you do not have the right to use. You are solely responsible for the prompts, images, and other materials you submit, and for clearing any rights in people, brands, trademarks, music, or other third-party material that appears in your Generated Content. Generated Content is produced by third-party AI models; similar outputs may be generated for other users, and we do not warrant that Generated Content is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party claims. Your use of Generated Content must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
